Established by Gift of Hope in 2015, the ITF is the first program of its kind in the nation that helps uninsured individuals gain access to organ transplants and the follow-up care necessary to live long, healthy and productive lives. The goal of the ITF is to see every Illinois and Northwest Indiana resident able to access transplant services, regardless of income or insurance eligibility.
